Health Service Executive, Ireland’s Minister for Health, and the religious order, have asked the courts to strike out his case on the grounds of inordinate and excusable delay." How convenient. What a lame excuse? The man wants justice , not the law and law is not justice.Of course under canon law there is nothing included there for victims, only for the men in dresses etc to escape justice.
