They do inculcate 11 & 12 yr olds to kill others, filmed recorded examples of which are easily found on you tube. Just google or bing them...

Typical Irish blazé child minding. It's evident in pubs especially on Sunday med-day meals. Step #1 walk into pub/restaurant with the little darlings. Have a seat, order a pint and forget the brats, who promptly run rampant. More disturbing are the common news articles of a 2 year old (I said 2 year old) barely able to walk wandering onto a road and being hit by a car. It's not rare and often happens at halting sites (legal & illegal).
