10 million Irish beef burgers tainted with horse meat - Government to establish why it was kept under wraps

if people had the slightest idea of what their pristinely packaged food looked like in the slaughter houses and poultry farms,and the cruelty of halaal slaughter(which should be illegal according to our animal cruelty protection laws, which is conveniently over looked in the interest of political correctness and multicultural diversity,they would leave meat and especially mince and sausage products in the butchers.

What has got into people I will have some horsemeat tonight and be thankful for it for two reasons Firstly its probably about the least dangerous for health and its definitely better tasting than beef . There is no point in being sqeemish the meat eater may be tempted to stop eating meat which appeals to me but then try coypou and tell me its not the best meat you ever had I'll guarantee that a well made horse spaghetti boloungaise is no different from a beef one and perhaps its even nicer so please drop this load of garbage its simply a question of false labelling and until there are strict rules governing labelling then we can't complain recently during the Christmas period i noticed that for many of the toys and Christmas tree lights etc they were all marked on the packet as having been made in CHINA and when the barscan is examined we see that China is not to be found Now is that not more significant that a load of horsemeat getting into the vats for perhaps a french clientele I fear that if i were to ask the same controller why all these chinese made products are showing as having been made in ireland would he be so efficient ??

This is what happens when wild horses are rounded up and sent to slaughterhouses. It's been happening in the US abd the horses have been sent abroad for human consumption. What a sickening thing! Hideous!I've been a vegetarian for the past three years.

No wonder the Irish have had great runners.....
