Every time a person has an opportunity for work; that a good thing, however these global giants now roam the world looking for the most skilled workforce at the lowest cost yielding the highest potential for profits. We all remember Dell, and the disappointed workers when they moved on to greener pastures in Poland. Sadly, this is the future for Ireland and America as well and preparing the future generation for a world with no long term job security is a great challenge.
