IrelandNorth is obviously a bakemaster.
The problem with abortion is NOT that it's just the business of the woman involved - but that abortion IS a business! And is it not also the business of her partner without whom her ovum would not have bben fertilised, short of an immaculate conception. And what about the sentient being of the fetus/embryo/child to be aborted. (A visit by the Dalai Lama to Dublin last year showed him treading carefully so as not to step on a spider). If the first abortion clinic on the islans of Ireland gets up and running, what will their annual report show about the religious background of their clientele? A form of neo-natal gerrymandering perhaps, despite the laudable ecumenism of the protesters yesterday, proving that Roman Catholics can be protestants too given the right circumstances. At the end of the day the optimum form of planned parenthood is sexual continence. Young lads should be taught how to keep their schnitzels in their putees. And young girls to keep their bagels under their gúnas.
What is this about? They'r fighting to FORCE WOMEN TO HAVE THE BABIES OF THEIR RAPISTS! this is insane. If a woman is raped, lets say it's a 9 year old, she's gonna be forced to have a baby?! WTF IS WRONG WITH U PEOPLE?!
Embryos have no rights; neither do minor children. It's like pray, play, and obey your parents and teachers. So certainly a not yet fully formed being in vitro could not possibly have rights. This issue is moot.
Seamus60, Thank You for stating the Truth, for all Times and Places on our Globe. btw: One of the young women pictured above looks just like my daughter Molli! My Grandfather Longan came from Belfast!
Men in dresses Portia, are you claiming the transvestite community has been at the hub of misogyny over the centuries. Those girls would be better served standing outside SF, PUP & Army HQ if you're talking about 'Right to Life'.
Let he or she without sin cast the first stone.
“They are riding roughshod over the views of the vast majority of people here;" Our views are of no consequence in abortion. It is not our business. This person is a sheep and thinks we all follow the church because we were brainwashed/groomed from birth. Men in dresses have controlled women and their minds and bodies for too long now since the witch trials.
Bernadette Smyth, head of Precious Life, stated the Marie Stopes clinic was seeking to “bypass the law” on abortion in Northern Ireland. “They are riding roughshod over the views of the vast majority of people here; over our Assembly; and over the authority of our courts,” she said Abortion is no ones business only the woman involved, so how is the law going against free will and conscience of women involved?
