If paedophilia cannot be cured.Then it is a mental illness.As human beings we have a responsibility to our fellow humans with mental illness.We are animals otherwise.These people are a danger to our children.Twenty four hour monitoring is needed if they are to live in society.If we can spend billions on weapons to defend ourselves against an enemy.Surly we can spend a tiny fraction of that to monitor these people to protect our children.But our governments won't because,Well work it out for yourself..
