We don't want to change the culture here and have abortion on demand. This is about offering choice.” That's what they said in the rest of the UK when the now Lord Steele brought in abortion in the 1960's. How many millions of babies have been aborted since then? God help Ireland!

I too appreciate Mairint's description of the cruelty of abortion. It is sad to think women, usually the nurturing part of the human race, could demand that their unborn children be killed. I hope Bernadette Smyth of the Precious Life Group can be instrumental in teaching girls and women the importance of being responsible for their morals and actions so that they will not develop the problem of unplanned/unwanted pregnancies. People worldwide need to develop a wholesome attitude toward life and respect for traditional marriage and family. If females had more self-worth, they would not be so emotionally dependent on men who do not respect women and who have no consideration for their welfare.

Seldom have women had the right to choose on the island!
Religious fanatics seek to control the personal decisions of others regardless of the others circumstances and humiliate them when they seek aid. Let us hope this does not cause bullets to fly.

Paul Given, I can tell you how Planned Parenthood / Marie Stopes et al will carry out abortions. Are you ready to hear the truth? They will end the life of the child in the womb by 1.injecting saline solution into its little heart so it stops beating. 2. by inserting the suction tube of their vacuum machine into the mother's womb and suction the child out in parts if necessary, and 3. if the baby is too big they will cut it up before suctioning or extracting it.4. if the baby is too advanced they will so a partial birth abortion i.e. pull the baby out all but its head, then cut a hole in the base of the skull in the neck and snip the spine with a scissors so it is killed. Do any of those methods scrupulously follow the law in N. Ireland Paul Given ?
