I agree with irishcoffee kid. I fully scorn any man who would take this kind of advantage of any woman. However, waiting 36 years is a bit of an eye raiser. Even if he had diplomatic status, she should have said something then!

hmmm...pity she didn't know any members of the IRA who could've paid Mr. X, Mr. Y and her security officer a wee visit with a stern verbal warning. What we women have to endure in the workplace!

guess this strikes me as odd - why wait so long and why now? 36 years is a long time to simmer and the fact she's living in the USA now why is she suing the irish government and not the State Department - why didnt she bring her case to the fore right back then after it all happened. Is it not outside the laws of validity or whatever they call it? Strange one!
