Aliciarose, if you are not Catholic what business is it of yours who gets to choose the Pope, or who the Pope ultimately turns out to be? Same goes for your fauxAussie and fauxatheist pal Sean.

This "AA" hasn't learned anything. He still makes excuses and takes no responsibility for anything. I'm sure he's looking forward to going back to the Vatican where they know his favorite wine and candy (as he said prior to going for the last conclave). Spoiled brat. Anyone who knew/knows anything about the cover up needs to be excommunicated from John Paul II, the current idiot, Mahony, Law and all the others whose hands are dirty (which God knows is probably most of them). The day Mohony learns his lesson I'll be elected Pope!

American Courts have been on a withch hunt
against Catholic Priests. The Courts
extended the statute of limitation.
In order to maximise the effect. Cahtolic Priest have
about the same rate of pedophiles as teacher, Protestant Ministers, Rabi, and other of workers with children. The real reasons behind these attacks on Priest is money, and abortion.

The cardinal is off to vote for another Right wing middle of the road fascist. The conclave is lobsided with traditionalist cardinals put in by the last two popes.

I don't believe this Cardinal Mahony should be off to Rome to vote just I don't believe Cardinal George Pell should be in Rome to vote. These men knew what was going on and lied through their teeth. If old Georgie Pell gets voted in (hope to God he doesn't) he will take the Catholic Church BACK 600 years, not forward. He is one of the old crowd, lives in the past where the priest was the only educated person in the village. AND, I am not Catholic.
