Its sad, that every where you turn, women are being either brutalized in secret,or murdered and dumped somewhere.I suggest, police try a psychic...this person or persons,not going to stop...and before a woman goes with any man, she should have his license number, or be with someone before she goes off with him...take more precautions,never go alone...make it harder for the perp, dont be so vulnerable, learn some form of self defense, dont drink anything he offers you...THINK.
