It was terrible luck for Kelleher that the economic collapse hit and killed his project. Perhaps its gigantic scale suggested bursting time for the bubble that had enriched him. Too bad. It is only a short walk from my condo and would have been a great (Irish) addition to Chicago's skyline.

Because of the US connection there might be a good for some
criminal investigation in case someone files a criminal complaint.
