If Republicans want the next Pres. election:
1) end the Fed
2)balanced budget amendment to the constitutiion 3) no foreign aid (why does Israel and Egypt get BILLIONS and Ireland gets nothing?)

McNamara31,
Your comment on today's GOP was short on specifics. In addition, you did not address any of the points I made. BTW, my comments were more of critique of EphraimKibbey's previous, largely incomprehensible, tirade.

EphraimKibbey, sorry about the multiple posts. Not intentional. I was in a union for 13 years and enjoyed every minute and I am a conservative republican like the majority of union members. Face it, there is no logical reason to support this kind of spending at any level. Look at California, all job creators are considering new locations which will eventually create just what liberal policies achieve, the elimination of the middle class. Social issues are important but creating such a huge entitlement and uneducated class will only result in greater problems. By the way, I believe a woman should have the right to her health but should have to pay for her own choices. That is not my responsibility and that is the point of most conservatives.

O'Reilly is one of the few looking out for the Christian middle class, keeping the Bolsheviks at bay, for now.

A "growing chorus"? Are you serious?? How much bigger could it get? That's all Fox eveer does is criticize everything Obama does, and his very existence. That makes this news all of a sudden, and why does it clutter a page supposedly dealing with "Irish" news?

Bill O’Reilly While you were "Bloviating" Ruppert's talking points, you didn't notice the world has moved past you and your old world perspectives.

EphraimKibbey As always, great post and completely true. michaelidaho Today's Republicans are in no way your father's Republican party. They have become a party of obstructionists, and by their actions are damaging the economy further, and the welfare of the American people.

Ephraim,
What in the world are you talking about? Republicans believe that a woman should not have the right to choose their own healthcare?! Republicans want to get rid of Social Security? Uh, actually Obama cut funding for Social Security by 30% in his first administration (i.e. 4.2% contribution instead of 6.2%). Here are a few questions for you: Are the Democrats doing anything to stop teacher union rights like automatic pay raises without any relation to performance? Are the Democrats doing anything to promote a more uniform and less fraudulent voting process? How is attempting to reform the deeply flawed Electoral College an evil Republican plot? You saved the best for last though. The Republicans are trying to reshape American society like it was before the Civil War?! Please provide more details, I need a good laugh before I nod off for the night.
