Wow, talk about blind optimism. Entire nations want to emigrate to the US to alleviate their problems and compound ours. When did the worlds problems become those of the US? If these bills even have a snowballs chance in hell of passing they will be sliced and diced so much that they will be barely recognizable to the originals introduced by both Sens. Leahy and Brown.
