Can somebody get on to Karl Drake and suggest changing his name by deed poll to its Irish variant. "Bardal" is the Irish for Drake, and adding a Mac/Mc/son of (rather than O/grandson of), would give it a certain Gaelic flavour/-blasta. Also 'Karl', as a Germanic Charles, which is Cathal in Irish would make his Cathal Mac Bardal. Catchy isn't it. Could make a killing in China, enough to buuy any amount of Peiking ducks.
Obviously taking a leaf out of Irish (Chicago)-American Michael Flatley and Gene Butler's book. River (Mississippi?) Dance - American style. But Drake? Not quite Irish is it? Still. Why begrudge the guy. Anyone spreading Irish culture abroad is fine in my books. President elect Xi Mc Peng will love ya.
Nice story, hope to see follow up with photos/videos of the show!
New market ,one billion strong!
