There's a "huge" market for organic Irish products here is the states, that remains a "complete" missed opportunity by the Irish government. Marketing of Irish products to regular American not only those of Irish descent (like they presently do around St. Patrick's Day) is whats needed. Irish lamb, dairy and salmon should be as well known and accessible as Australian or New Zealand products are. Americans are reaching more for organic products because of the filthy factory farming conditions, high use of hormones and antibiotics and GMO produce pushed on the American diet.
