I love traditional Irish brown bread for breakfast or any time. I get my Irish brown bread flour (made from Canadian Winter wheat) from the King Arthur flour company. I have a probable distant cousin who happens to work for this company. There is great brown bread recipe with this Irish brown bread flour package from King Arthur.
