When I was in Ireland, our hostess baked this "cake" as they call it, and gave us a loaf. It was wonderful.

Going to try this recipe over the weekend ,have the ingredients on hand and it sounds simple enough and looks yum,a slice with butter and raspberry jam will taste like more,,,,,
