Jordana Kozupsky ,you might try some Irish websites for your recipes,try RTE to begin with and go from there.

I am surprised that you would research your Irish potato recipes at Cooks.com. While I think it is a great resource, I tend to question the authenticity of their Irish recipes. In a perfect world, you would look to Darina Allen or Monica Sheridan or any of the numerous celebrity Irish chefs for true Irish recipes.
