I just noticed, this makes 40 cups of stuffing, thats a lot of stuffing , party size, maybe for two bird? or maybe for one 35 lb bird? I know its a lot of stuffing.The average family size bird takes from 6 to 10 cups of stuffing.

That sounds delicious but it sounds like a lot of stuffing, you would need a really huge bird for this much stuffing, I guess you can kind of pare it down to the amount you need by just cutting the recipe in half, such as 21 cups of broth? 2 cloves of garlic etc. I'm going ot try this one, it sounds really good.

Sounds pretty good, might try it on a MUCH smaller scale to start and if reall good expand for Xmas
