That sounds delicious but it sounds like a lot of stuffing, you would need a really huge bird for this much stuffing, I guess you can kind of pare it down to the amount you need by just cutting the recipe in half, such as
21 cups of broth? 2 cloves of garlic etc. I'm going ot try this one, it sounds really good.

Sounds pretty good, might try it on a MUCH smaller scale to start and if reall good expand for Xmas
