Get Thanksgiving started the right way with delicious Pumpkin Pancakes

Oh, sure. Having gotten up at 5:30 to put the feast together, as soon as I finish getting the turkey washed, the stuffings put together and into the turkey, preheated the oven and gotten the turkey in there by 7:00 a.m., I'll be more than glad to make those pancakes. After all, the only thing I have to do for the next several hours is baste the turkey, peel, cook and mash the potatoes, clean and cook the green beans, toss the corn into the pot to boil, and make the cranberry sauce and pumpkin pies. I'll have plenty of time to make those pancakes and then clean up the breakfast mess. No problem. Doesn't matter that I worked Wednesday and will be working Friday...I'll be more than glad to take on the extra tasks involved. Thanks for an absolutely useless, stupid idea!
