The Time Vaults of Irish History and Mythology

The National Wax Museum Plus invites visitors from all corners of the globe with Irish roots to visit the time vaults of Irish History and Mythology at the attraction giving them a chance to get up close to the key individuals who played their part in shaping Ireland's cultural heritage and the mythological characters and their stories that have been passed down for generations. The journey begins with the Bronze Age and works its way through the times of The Vikings, The Norman Invasion, The Famine, The 1916 Rising right up to the Good Friday Agreement while celebrating Irish revolutionary's, presidents and mythological creatures along the way. Also housed in the National Wax Museum plus is the Science and Discovery gallery celebrating Irish scientists, engineers and inventors using information boards, interactive experiments and touch screen technology here visitors push pull and learn! The third floor houses a Hall of Fame in tribute to sporting, theater and television legends. Also featured on this floor is the unique “green screen” video room; The WAX Factor recording studio, the only one of its kind in the country and allows visitors to record themselves and upload the footage to an on-line portal. Visitors complete their tour in the Grand Hall of Fame, a jaw dropping tribute to some of our greatest movie and music legends.
