Attention Susan Boyle fans: A new interview and samples from the amazing Scottish songstress’ tracks off her upcoming album “I Dreamed A Dream” are now available on Amazon.com.

Boyle, who has topped Amazon’s pre-sales charts, beating out the likes of Whitney Houston and Bruce Springsteen, can be heard singing the highly anticipated covers off of her debut album.

About 30 seconds of each of the 12 songs is available here.

In a new interview that is also now available on Amazon, Susan speaks poignantly of her mother's death in 2007 and its effect on her. She says how she "found herself crying a lot, not able to manage, not able to cope.”

Her Irish mother Bridget died aged 92 after Susan had nursed her for a many years. Susan speaking frankly of that period is part of a new video on Amazon.co.uk released to coincide with the last years of her life.

But Susan says that her mother's death also forced her to "Do something with my life" which is what her mother had wanted. She has said she carried her mother's spirit with her from that moment on.

Susan is also forthright about her time in a clinic recovering from exhaustion after the final of “Britain's Got Talent.”

"I went from no pressure to pressure . All this pressure I found it suffocating,” she says. "I was tired."

She also says she feels she is no longer the lonely woman on the outside looking in now that she has become a worldwide sensation.

"I used to be a spectator, looking out at the world,” she says. “Now I embrace it, I am more confident, I get on with it.”

She sound slike a good woman, I hope she sells a million records. I ahve heard her sing on some old recordings she made, surprising songs and wonderful, "cry me a river" was one of them, you wouldn't believe it was her, she sounded so professional and she was really good, she made the record for a charity she was involved in. I wish her the best. This was an insightful article on Susan Boyle.

Irish folk music is the generic term for music that has been created in various genres on the entire island of Ireland. Collections of Irish folk music date from the 18th century, but ballad printers were not established in Dublin until the 19th century. By the mid-20th century, Irish folk music had fallen out fashion. Festivals such as the Fleadh Cheoil exposed people to folk. The English folk music scene also gave Irish musicians the chance to find new audiences. With the success of the Clancy Brothers in the US in 1959, it became trendy again to listen to Irish music. Later, the international success of the Chieftains made the folk music of Ireland a global brand. In the 1980s, the Pogues helped fuse Irish folk with punk rock, giving a whole new audience a chance to listen to songs influenced by the folk tradition. Enya achieved international success with New Age/Celtic fusions. Irish music also contributed a subgenre of folk metal known as Celtic metal with exponents of the genre including Cruachan, Geasa and Waylander. Audiences do not just listen to Irish music in concert halls or arenas, but in much more informal settings as well. In recent decades, patrons can listen to Irish folk musicians at pub sessions. Many fans don’t just listen to Irish music &emdash; they dance to it at weddings and saint’s days. When you listen to Irish folk music, one instrument you are likely to hear is the fiddle. The fiddling tradition of Sligo is perhaps most recognizable to outsiders, due to the popularity of American-based performers like Lad O'Beirne, Michael Coleman, John McGrath, James Morrison and Paddy Killoran. Other instruments to listen for include the flute, tin whistle and Uilleann pipes.
