Top 10 Irish movie stars to watch in 2010

Looks like Smartsistahll considers Gabriel Byrne a 10 and the man can do no wrong. Well I'm not that generous. Take off the makeup that he always wears and his face looks like a a road map. I should think that he better be nice to his fans after all they are the ones who have supported his career all these years - bought tickets to see his films & plays, forked out money to buy his DVDs & biography and to tell you the truth most of the films you see him in were duds at the box office. Gabriel Byrne is a really good actor, but lets face it, when it comes to motion pixs he didn't make very wise choices in his selection of scripts.

Alec Baldwin didn't impress me with his acting until AFTER his nightmare of a divorce with Kim Basinger...hate to admit it, but perhaps Alec's personal suffering brought a whole new dimension to his acting. If he would get back into shape and lose the post-Kim rage, he'd be hot again...he still has a handsome face, but he always looks like he's a hair's breadth away from having a Basinger flashback and snap into beating a woman...I'm just sayin'....

Yeah, Jane, I second that motion about Gabriel Byrne...a great and brilliant talent who bounced around in some movies that just made you scratch your head and go, "Whassup with that?" By the way, he's a Golden Globe winner for In Treatment...he was nominated twice for the Emmy, but Bryan Cranston won both times. Oddly, he wasn't nominated for a Golden Globe this year...some wrinkle about eligibility. Here's hoping he's a presenter this year. I met him this year...nicest, sweetest, warmest man walking the earth. Just a lovely, lovely person. Do I have to state the obvious that he's gorgeously handsome and quite sexy, too? Huh? Do I? Oh alright...he's mad handsome and so sexy, he's a killer!!

Yea, what's so great about Alec Baldwin. He's a pretty good actor, but I disagree when you say he's the best on TV. Besides he's all mouth from the neck up!
