Rumor has it the pressure is on for Colin Farrell to wed his pregnant girlfriend, Alicja Bachleda

Colin Farrell may be getting a bit of grief from his pregnant girlfriend to make her an honest woman before she gives birth to their child.

Alicja Bachleda, 26, and Irish hunk Farrell, 33, met on the set of their Neil Jordan-directed movie “Ondine” back in January, and the two started a relationship.

Now that the couple is expecting a baby, the second for Farrell, who has 6-year-old James with model ex-girlfriend Kim Bordenave, sources close to the Polish actress say that her family wants him to marry their girl and that she too is keen to wed.

"Alicja's parents in Poland met Colin and liked him a lot. But they are Catholic and very old fashioned. They are putting pressure on Colin to make her an honest woman as soon as possible," an insider is quoted as saying in The National Enquirer

The pair reportedly purchased an apartment together in Poland, where they are said to be planning on raising the baby.

The Irish actor has tied the knot, albeit briefly, before. In 2001, he wed English actress Amelia Warner, but their marriage was short-lived and the two split after a few months.
