I am also a former neighbor of Mr. Bulger and Ms. Greig in Santa Monica and of course had no idea who they were. When I did find out, I was traumatized, to tell the truth - to find out your friendly neighbor is a gangster and serial killer? I don't see anything funny in that at all.
Sounds like Irish bashing, to me. No thought to how the families of his victims will feel, about his crimes being made into comic material.
Absolute GROSS idea..is he for real? does he get anything? trivilizing an organized crime horror..can't he come up with another idea for a sit-com? I agree with 'mayoman'-"thug's victims will be elated"-Whitey Bulger's victims number in the what? thousands all together..
I sure that the families of this thug's victims will be elated.
I'm sure the new series will be of keen interest to all those who walk their dogs in Palisades Park.
Why would anybody contemplate doing a series involving that piece of crap. Makes you wonder.
