HBO has lost the admiration of some of the most ardent conservatives in the country. This week to broadcast their horror concerning 'Game Change' (the forthcoming biopic of Sarah Palin) her own SuperPAC — called the SarahPAC — has produced a new video to challenge what they say is a 'false narrative.'
According to Politico Palin’s crew have responded by producing a two-and-a-half-minute video trailer titled 'Game Change we can believe in.'
Filled with congratulatory statements made about about Palin by McCain strategists Steve Schmidt and Nicolle Wallace during the 2008 campaign, their inclusion is seen as payback for the much more critical take they have on her now.
Wallace calls Palin 'a once in a generation politician' and Schmidt praises her performance during the vice presidential debate against Joe Biden.
The video then shows a graphic in which the words 'Game Change' morph into 'Fact Change.'
Conscious of the damage this could do to Palin's public image the SarahPAC said in a statement: 'We have warned viewers of Game Change’s distortions–based upon the description and reports from people who have viewed the film, HBO must add a disclaimer that this movie is fiction.'
Building on the massive conspiracy theory they continued: 'Behind Game Change’s slanderous agenda is a trail of money leading straight to the Barack Obama campaign and the Democrat(ic) Party. Writer Danny Strong and director Jay Roach each donated the maximum $2,300 to Barack Obama’s campaign in 2008. Even actress Julianne Moore, who plays the Governor herself, contributed to the more than $120,000 donated to Obama and Democrats since 2008 by the film’s producers and cast.'

Seems that game change is an attack on a woman. DBG, watch the speech she gave at the republican convention in 2008, I saw that and told my kids that is going to be the first women president of the United States. Since then she has been attacked ceaselessly, including having an author ren a house across from her property in Alaska, so he could take pictures of her , her kids, and hopefully find some dirt, he found none. If Palin was a democrat this guy would have been arrested as a stalker, but she is still standing, I believe if the current regime is defeated she will make a run in 2016.

@Dannyboy - Got Intelligence? Doubt it. @Cat - If not for persons such as myself, you would have no one to fight the battles - should we expect Liberals such as yourself to do the fore? Not unless you want to become France - idiot!

When the right wing does it (to a Kennedy or a Clinton), it's just "the facts being presented," and nevermind the truth; when anyone else does it to one of their darlings, it's character assassination, and nevermind the facts. These people are so far gone, they cannot see the abject hypocrisy behind their complaints. It'd be comical if they weren't so dangerous to our democracy.

HBO has been a left wing liberal drum beater for ages so I am not surprised at this character assassination of Sarah Palin.
