Rosie O'Donnell's finally back on TV this week when the all-new The Rosie Show premieres on her pal Oprah Winfrey OWN network on Thursday, October 10.

It's a new era with new rules for the talk show host and so this time the inaugural guest is scheduled to be Brit funny man and wild card Russell Brand, who O'Donnell first became enamored with after his disastrous VMA gig.

'The Rosie Show' will appear nightly at 7:00 PM and will be a flagship show for Oprah's evolving new network, and it will be filmed in the same studio that aired The Oprah Winfrey Show for 25 years.

O'Donnell has been feverishly preparing for her new show around the clock, but trusting in her talent and smarts to pull it off. Meanwhile she has claimed the estrogen pills she's taking have helped her manage her emotions as she readies herself for her big return to a daily television show.

O'Donnell freely admits that Brand has replaced Tom Cruise as her official celebrity crush.

Talking to Access Hollywood this week Rosie revealed that she met Brand at an American Airlines terminal where she told him she had been "marinating in him." He's a genius, she enthused and he'll be my first guest on the new show.
