Since Will (King Billy IV?) appears to be being manouvered into succession at his father's expence, (with all the Oedipal implications that that entails), I sense that Harry is being deliberately employed to increase the royal families cache with the younger generation. After all, in a voyeristic age, no publicity is bad publcity. And nothing sells like sexuality.
