Mickey Rourke, Javier Bardem and Jason Statham are being eyed by director Tony Scott for his next project, “Potsdamer Platz”.
The “True Romance” director, Scott, will helm the film which centres on two soldiers who try to expand their New Jersey crime family internationally. Its title which will most probably change refers to a German train station’s name.
Deadline reported that Scott is exceeding excited about having Irish American Rourke on board for this film.
“I’ve got a great cast with Mickey… now all of a sudden the film became bankable because Mickey was always his own man before last year,” he said.
Though no studio is currently carrying the film it is thought that it could end up being a Fox movie.
