In the days following the shootings of the Colorado massacre, Madonna still opted to take her riffles out on stage at her Dublin show.
Madonna and her fans braved the rain at a packed Aviva Stadium on Tuesday night.
The diva opened the show performing, The Prayer- Overture: Act of Contrition.
After thanking all of her fans throughout the years and joking about the rain and the Irish weather the pop queen went on to say, “I know there’s a lot of Catholic people here, alright? Good Catholic people? Bad Catholic people? OK, a lot of spiritual people!
“I’m going to sing a song about love- my favourite subject.”
Then, as the 53 year-old got into the beat of her second song- Girls Gone Wild, Madge straddled a male dancer on a bed and screamed she wanted to shoot him in the head, sporting an automatic machine gun.
While she sang the lyrics of the song, followed by screaming, her harsh words were, “Bang bang I shot you dead, I shot my lover in the head.”
She screamed, “I want to shoot him in the head because I want to see him die. If you are gonna act like a bitch, then you are gonna die like a bitch.”
In a mixture of enjoyment and shocked emotions from fans, one concert-goer did complain, “It was a bit much for the week that’s in it.”
The queen of pop entertained the Irish crowd all night with many songs from her new album MDNA, as well as throwing in some of her big hits, such as Papa Don’t Preach, Like a Virgin and Vogue.

Why are you still claiming the show sold out? It did not. The papers of full of explanations as to why it sold so poorly? What the hell are you talking about?

It's a pity that she didn't put real bullets in a real gun and pull the trigger on stage... this mad "Madonna" was consigned to oblivion by this jacers when she very first came on the entertainment scene many years ago because of her lack of respect. As a now-supposedly mature woman entertainer, whaaaat was she trying to impress upon her money-paying audience? That she now had so much money from them that they can go and kill themselves for all she cares? She was always a sick, mad woman... give me back the honesty of the songs of the young singer who inadvertently killed herself: that her otherwise wasted life is not wasted in having anyone killed. Peace of God be with Aimee Winehouse, God love her. While I would never wish hell on anyone, mad Madonna would be amongst my top ten deserving of eternal suffering.

I quote: "Madonna brandishes guns during SELLOUT Dublin show" (my capitals). What show were you at? Well, I know the answer, You weren't at the show at all. Read the reports in The Irish Times and elsewhere and you will encounter descriptions of how many empty seats there were. It is estimated that the stadium was only about two thirds full. Stop making stuff up.
