Lindsay Lohan and Jessica Simpson are using clothes to help Haiti. 'Mean Girls' actress Lindsay wants her 6126 fashion brand to help raise money for the earthquake-stricken Caribbean country, while country singer Jessica is doing the same through shoes.

Lindsay is quoted by People magazine as saying: "It is truly horrible what has happened to the people and children in Haiti. I believe every company should do their part to help by donating what they can. Please help us do our part for the Children of Haiti by purchasing this 6126 legging.

"I am proud to announce that we are giving 100 per cent of the proceeds to Haiti's children through an organization I am passionate about, Save the Children. 'Fame' leggings will retail for $65, originally $90, for a limited time only to help the victims of the earthquake in Haiti."

Meanwhile, Jessica's contribution is through the Tennessee-based charity Soles4Souls. The singer is working with her friends Cacee Cobb and Ken Paves to gain 50,000 pairs of shoes in 50 days for the victims. She said: "Let's do everything that we can for the tragedy in Haiti."
