Ballymena actor says other stars are envious of his action roles
Irish acting sensation Liam Neeson has said that other action stars are jealous of his roles.
Neeson, who just wrapped filming for the highly anticipated sequel to “Taken” told The Late Late show that he is the envy of some of his peers in Hollywood.
"Hollywood is throwing action movies at me," he told Ryan Tubridy, the show’s host.
" I have even had Arnold Schwarzenegger, believe it or not, and Bruce Willis calling my agent saying, “What do I have to do, how do I get these scripts?' It's, stupid, it’s crazy," Neeson joked.
Neeson, who turns 60 this week, will star alongside Willis, Schwarzenegger and Sylvester Stallone in the eagerly-anticipated sequel, The Expendables 2.
The film is due to be released on August 17, 2012, by Lions Gate Entertainment.
