Looking at the picture above it is easy to imagine all those great boxers quaking in their boots for fear of being 'wrinkled to death' by Liam or being flattened by his powerful right flower! Honestly,Dara - this is very 'thin gruel'.indeed ... at least try to dig out what the (now sainted) Helen thought about the idea ...

SingleDonald, I think Ali would have beaten a younger Archie. After all, Ezzard Charles, with a style similar to Ali's, beat Moore three times in the '40s, knocking him down five times and knocking him out once. And, believe me, Ezzard was no Ali.
Further, I think a younger Louis would have taken Rocky. Nobody ever hit Rocky as hard as a younger Louis would have.

Thanks, murphy666! I was under the impression they fought immediately before the first Clay-Liston bout, which took place in February, 1964. It would have been great to have seen what would have happened, if Muhammad Ali had fought a younger Archie Moore, or if Rocky Marciano had fought a younger Joe Louis. Sadly, we'll never know!

Who cares? Liam Neeson comes across as a self-absorbed movie actor who was married for several years with another actress, before this personal affront comes public. Jeez, not getting enough attention, Liam??

SingleDonald, Moore and Ali (then Clay) fought on November 15, 1962, in Los Angeles. Cassius destroyed Archie in FOUR rounds (Moore went down three times in that round). It was Archie's last legitimate match (he fought a wrestler a year later).

What has happened Irish Central? Did they poach the editor from the National Enquirer? I have never read so much mis leading tack and junk from Irish Central as I have in the last few months......
A headline "Muhammed Ali tried to steal my girlfriend" turns out to be a harmless flirting episode.
This is not the first time this rubbish has started to appear on what was once a respected website.

I recently saw some film clips of Muhammad Ali. One showed him defeating Archie Moore in a 10 Round decision. Four rounds would have meant a knockout, but Archie lasted the entire fight against young Cassius Clay. This was the fight just before Clay fought Sonny Liston, the 1st time.
