Kristen Stewart shares how her new film ‘Snow White and the Huntsman’ is far more action oriented than the traditional version, especially considering how her character of Snow White will be “killing the most evil motherf--kers.”

While that may sounds like an exciting role to undertake, Stewart notes the “anguish” her character experiences when having to go to battle.“Not to trivialize it at all, but it's hard to play an action hero who is also the most compassionate person on earth,” Stewart says of her role as Snow White.

She goes on to explain how Snow White “is sort of the last shred of hope for her land. She has this ethereal, spiritual connection to her people — she really feels things,” so the violence has an emotional side effect for the title character.

Evidently the film is taking a more mature angle when compared to that of the well-known Disney version. Stewart notes how in the film “so many people die,” which means this isn’t the kid-friendly version most people are used to.

Stewart will be sharing the screen with other celebs including Chris Hemsworth as the Huntsman, Charlize Theron as the Evil Queen and Sam Clafin as Prince Charming.
