With Valentine’s Day fast approaching, Jimmy Fallon decided to slate the romantic holiday on a recent show.

In his “Late Night” Hashtag section of the show Fallon gives viewers a topic and asks them to tweet their opinions.  He asked viewers to tweet their response to "Screw Valentine's Day” and the results were hilarious.

“Now Valentine’s Day is coming up in a few days, time for flowers, time for cards, time to go to packed restaurant with 900 other couples, so yesterday I started a hash tag called ‘Screw Valentine’s Day.” 

Fallon proceeds to go through some hilarious tweets such as “I’m just gonna stay home and watch the Bachelor and try to find all the chicks that get kicked off on Facebook."

Another tweeter said: “Who needs a date when you got beer, cold beer, cold sad beer. God I am so lonely!”
