The Town was awful.Another woeful attempt to emulate the mob scene in NY.Bostons inferiority complex runs deep,even to gangster flicks.

My favs are the old James Cagney movies, but I must defend Gamgs of New York, despite historical inaccuracies. It was a fine motion picture that I enjoyed greatly, and I am not normally a Leonardo Di Caprio fan.

Apart from describing Irish criminals in America as organized, which is hilarious, why "celebrate" "Gangs of New York." It's based on a Nativist anti-Irish tract written by Herbert Asbury, as in Asbury Park once headquarters of the New Jersey KKK.
