Illustrated guide to ‘The Twilight Saga’ to be released by Stephenie Meyer
Stephenie Meyer has announced that she will release an illustrated guide to the massively successful “Twilight Saga”.
The book “The Twilight Saga: The Official Illustrated Guide” will be released next year and is being described as “the definitive encyclopedia reference” to the franchise.
Following the colossal success of the movies starting Kristen Stewart, Robert Pattinson and Taylor Lautner Meyer realized that her readers, called Twihards, still had a lot of questions.
She said “I'm always amazed at how many in-depth questions my readers have about my characters and the world within the Twilight Saga.
"With [this], I hoped we could incorporate as many details as possible, including character histories, like Alice's back story."
She continued "I'm thrilled with the different artistic interpretations done by Young Kim and the other talented illustrators, including Bella's wedding dress. I hope the fans feel it was worth the wait!"
A press release which was circulated will certainly spark fans interest. It describes the book as containing “exclusive new material" including "character profiles, outtakes, a conversation with Meyer, genealogical charts, maps, extensive cross-references, and much more".
It’s official release date is April 12, 2011.
