"Harry Potter" star Evanna Lynch is not a fan of "Twilight" the vampire series and teen sensation.

And, in comments that are bound to stun fans of Richard Pattinson, Lynch says she doesn't get the big fuss about his Edward Cullen role.

"Get over it," she advises Kristen Stewart who plays Bella in the “Twilight” films. "She's always talking about how beautiful Edward is. Get over it."

Lynch, who plays Luna Lovegood in "Harry Potter," says she just doesn't get the appeal of the Stephenie Meyer’s epic vampire series.

Speaking to a Danish Web site kino.dk Lynch said “Twilight” doesn’t match up to “Harry Potter.”

“They are good books but I don’t think they are as fantastic as ‘Harry Potter,’” she said. “I don’t think they are that good, and for a time I was a bit, like, anti-‘Twilight.’ Everyone said it was the new ‘Harry Potter’ and I don’t agree.”

People have a right to there opinions. But the twilight fans need to remember robert pattison came from harry potter HELLO...how do u think he got started??? Harry Potter has been around for 10 years and it will be around for alot longer than twilight will be. Right now it's just a phase and with most phase's they fade out...I did read the twilight series and I didn't care for them Bella is annoying..but that's just MY opinion..As far as what Evanna said she has a right to her opinion too just like all u twilight fans so if u can't take the heat twilight fans then get outta the pot!!

I agree with Evanna, I just not interested in that vampire series. I've watch the movie once, but I've no intention to watch the next one nor the book itself. I think it's merely a vampire love story with some horror and something dark... Not like Harry Potter series or The Lord of the Rings (both are my favorite), they're about greater love (for men kind), friendship, good vs evil, sacrifice for others (not only for your lover)... that's what really touched me. By the way, I don't consider Pattinson very beautiful. Well, he might be quite suitable for a vampire role though...
