‘Glee’s’ Jane Lynch denies role in ‘Muppets’ movie

Jane Lynch, the Emmy Award-winning “Glee” actress has denied claims that she is linked to Disney’s upcoming feature, a new “Muppets” movie.
The new feature will star and co-written by “How I Met Your Mother’s” Jason Segal.
Speaking to Hollywood Reporter at the L.A. Gay & Lesbian Center's 39th annual gala fundraiser, she said “I'm not doing the Muppets movie - they haven't asked me…I would do it if they asked me.”
Other actors who were tipped to be involved includes Lady Gaga, Zach Galifianakis, Jack Black, John Krasinski, Ed Helms and Paul Rudd.
It’s said that James Bobin, of “Flight of the Conchords’” will direct and the movie will be released next Christmas Day 2011.
