Irish and Filipino actor and singer Darren Criss has reached a milestone on his first try. His rendition of the Katy Perry's 'Teenage Dream' is the first time a single from the show has reached the top spot.

The song's breakout success, combined with the popularity of the video that accompanies it, now means that the show is only second to Elvis Presley when it comes to the number of tracks that have appeared on the Billboard charts.
