Exclusive interview with Irish star Cillian Murphy ahead of ‘Red Lights’ - VIDEO

Unfortunately Red Lights was another of those films that many critics panned although I loved it. The point is though that Cill takes on parts that attract/challenge him and where there's an opportunity to work with others he admires - that's the integrity of the man. I feel strongly that he must turn his face against '50 Shades' if that comes his way for all sorts of reasons and must soon do some Shakespeare. Forget Hamlet (is this some rite of passage before 40 actors have or something? Recently we had David Tennant,now Ben Cumberbatch wants to do it.)I'd appreciate Macbeth or Lady Macbeth, Brutus, Cleopatra, Iago or Viola. 2013 Cill?
