Sheehan will play Simon Lewis, the soon-to-be-blood-sucking Brooklyn best friend of heroine Clary Fray, portrayed by Lily Collins, in the first installment of the series, City of Bones.
Clare wrote on her Tumblr that she’d “wanted him for Simon for ages” and that “his chemistry with Lily and Jamie [Campbell Bower] is off the charts.” Campbell Bower plays Jace, Clary’s love interest.
The film, directed by Harald Zwart of ‘The Karate Kid,’ is planned for release on August 23, 2012.

Very talented actor. Best of luck to him, hope he doesn't get trapped in the Teen Vampire sink hole.

Love Robert Sheehan. As an actor. He seems a bit of an eejit in RL.

With the shootings in Aurora, this tv series may typify most succinctly the decadence of American culture. It is all about a bunch of spoiled white rich boys who are bored. It appears that was the problem with James Holmes. While switching channels, I did not know what the show was. Two scared young white women locked their front door. The vampire came in the back door and overpowered the two women. He unlocked the door to let in another vampire. He then bit into the neck of one young woman and blood gushed everywhere. He then told his compadre to "make her suffer" because she locked the door. Again, this is anything but a good show and feedsinto the bored and decadent mentality of the nouveau rich.
