Irish bandmates reveal they have 16 new tracks written, while at Electric Picnic
Bell X1, the music duo of David Geraghty and Paul Noonan, chatted with RTE while at this year’s Electric Picnic musical festival in Laois.
Before performing their set on Saturday, the lads talked about their plans for the coming months.
David Geraghty said, "This year we've been writing separately and in the last few months we have got together in a little homemade studio and we have been very productive.
“We've demoed 16 new tunes for another album so we are feeling very happy and excited about that."
Speaking about the Electric Picnic music festival, Paul Noonan said, "At festivals there is a sense that people who have seen us all over Ireland are gathered together in one field."
The lads added that they’ll begin touring again at the end of this month. "We haven't been on tour this year and we are going away at the end of September and I am really looking forward to it. I have really missed it."
