Adrien Brody or Jonathan Rhys Meyers to star in 'Fantastic Four'
Adrien Brody and Jonathan Rhys Meyers are battling it out for a role in the "Fantastic Four" reboot.
The Irish star of "The Tudors", Meyers, and the Oscar-winning "Pianist" actor Brody are going head to head for the Mr Fantastic Reed Richards role.
Brody is already linking to the lead role for Edgar Wright's comic book movie, "Ant-man", for Marvel Studios.
Twentieth Century Fox's "Fantastic Four" reboot's title is as yet unknown. It was reported that the movie would be called "Fantastic Four Reborn" but this has been denied.
So far "Sex and the City 2's" Alice Eve and "Pineapple Express's" Amber Heard have been linked to the role of Sue Storm. The movie is due out in summer 2012.
Ioan Gruffudd played the role of Mr Fantastic in the 2005 film, with Jessica Alba as Sue Storm, Chris Evans as the Human Torch and Michael Chiklis as The Thing.
