If you don’t want to show up to a St. Patrick’s Day party empty handed but are horrified at the thought of presenting someone with green beer, don’t fret - you have plenty of classy St. Patrick’s Day tipple options.
Our favorite for St. Patrick’s Day 2017 is Jameson’s latest offering, Jameson Caskmates. It’s the smooth Jameson whiskey we know and love, aged in stout-seasoned casks, giving it delicious notes of cocoa, coffee and butterscotch. The idea apparently came about from a conversation between a Jameson distiller and a brewer from Cork’s Franciscan Well Brewery, and given the Irish love for both whiskey and stout, we can’t imagine a better meeting of tastes for St. Patrick’s Day.
