In Will Ferrell’s latest role, “Everything must go,” the comedy star plays a relapsed alcoholic Nick Halsey, who loses his job and his wife on the same day.

After his wife  dumps everything he owns onto the front lawn, his first instinct is to set up camp, but after the law intervenes, he is forced to sell his possessions.

While he sells off his belongings, he inadvertently learns something about himself along with the help of a new love interest woman, played by Rebecca Hall.

His latest role, which is a departure from his normally goofy films, is based on a Raymond Carver short story called "Why Don't You Dance."

The film hits cinema screens on May 13th.
