The trailer of the movie “The Next Three Days” starring Russell Crowe, Liam Neeson, Olivia Wilde and Elizabeth Banks has been released.

The movie directed and written by Paul Haggis is based on the French film “Pour Elle” (“Anything for Her”).

Russell Crowe’s character become normal husband turned action hero when his wife is arrested for murder. He takes the law into his own hands and tries to break her out of prison. Along the way he gets in touch with former escapee, Liam Neeson.

So far reactions to the movie and the trailer are mixed. Some are asking if the release of this possible blockbuster marks the beginning of this year’s Oscar race while others are wondering how successful Crowe’s character can be when he doesn’t even know how to load a gun.
