Riverdance star Michael Flatley has said his wild days are over and he is now enjoying time away from the media and spending time at home with his wife Niamh and their son Michael.

"My son has been busy teaching me things about Formula One, kick-boxing and cage-fighting," he told the Irish Independent at a rare public appearance to support the launch of 'A Musical Vision', a traditional music CD, in aid of ChildVision in Dublin on Friday night.

"Hopefully, I'll play a tune with the kids. It'd be a dream for me to play with them," said Flatley.
