First posters released for Robert Downey Jr’s ‘Sherlock Holmes: a game of shadows’

Directed by Guy Richie, the first posters for “Sherlock Holmes: A Game of Shadows” have been released.

The highly anticipated sequel which sees the return of Robert Downey Jr. as Holmes and Jude Law as Watson,  is due out on December 16. The trailer is expected to be released later this week.

Richie who also directed the first “Sherlock Homes” in 2009, has brought the famous investigation team back to the big screen where the pair try to outwit and bring down heir fiercest adversary, Professor Moriarty.

Noomi Rapace who is best known for her portrayal of Lisbeth Salander in the film adaption of the "Millennium series", plays the character of Sim in the upcoming production.
