Troubled starlet and sometime actress Mischa Barton is out of work yet again.

Her new show, the CW’s “The Beautiful Life: TBL” was canned after just two episodes were aired.

The Irish-American actress’ brief stay in a psych ward brought some attention to the show, but apparently it wasn’t enough, with last Wednesday’s episode drawing only 1 million viewers and a 0.5 rating in the adult demographic.

A CW official confirmed on Friday that production is shut down on the Ashton Kutcher-produced drama about New York’s modeling scene.

The series featured Barton as a former reigning model who's at risk of losing her crown, and co-starred “High School Musical” alum Corbin Bleu and real-life supermodel Elle McPherson.

Six episodes had been shot before the network pulled the plug.

Until a replacement show is named, the CW will air reruns of the new “Melrose Place” series in the Wednesday 9 p.m. time slot.
